Actually quilting

Got my necessary cutting gear moved to the kitchen counter and trimmed off th edges of three quilts.  So I am actually at work again sewing.

First Aqua physical therapy today, and it went "swimmingyt" until I exited teh pool and gravity took full effect.  WOW was I sxhausted!

Good husbands are definitely something to be thankful for. I am glad the swimming therapy went well. The weariness will pass in time, but if you didn't nap, I bet tonight's sleep will be blissful.

I think the continuous passive motion machine is the way to go. My doc sent one home with me for a few days after surgery, and I used it to exercise...bending the knee as much as possible using the machine. The exercises aren't fun, but they do help. My replacement was 6/2009, and I can even hop on that leg now. Glad you are quilting again. That will help, too!!!!!
